Two-stage gasifier has a top gas outlet which carries gas by dry distillation of coal in upper section and Thusgas in bottom section containing no tar is taken out for just dust removal. Top gas after tar separation in an ESP is mixed with desusted bottom gas and form the detarred and dedusted hot gas.

Coal and clean gas, pressurized is by further processing of above gas wherein dedusted bottom gas is cooled down before mixed with top gasafter the tar separation. It is handled to first separate out carbolics in an indirect cooler and followed by another separation of light oil and other volatiles in an ESP. clean gas is pressurized, and also desulphurised when run on Engine genset.

Gasification efficiency,overall thermal efficiency is higher in two-stage gasifier than single stage. Water saving, Space saving, Operation economy are the feature and PLC control of multiple units is practiced.

Body Structure : Gasifier  liningis by molding method, which gives advantages of providing better heat conduction, carbonization and convenient maintenance & repair.

Coal Loading :Multi – pipe coal loading unit is adopted so that coal is distributed homogenously on hearth. Coal loader can be put into auto-mode use being equipped with coal detector.

Water jacket :  Water jacket enables side-steam generation for gasifying coal.

Ash removal :Ash removal is in wetted way, and intermittently by rachet wheel and pallet, from both sides. A special tool enables steady convey and removal.
