  1. Single stage gasifies for hot producer gas
    Body Structure: Whole body water jacket is adopted and side- producer steam is used for gasification. Top cover is casted with two kinds of refractory and heat insulation material;
    COAL LOADING : Auto loading equipment with hydraulic drive is adopted, involving up-baffle and down belt unit for air tightness.
    ASH REMOVAL : Ratchet wheel and pallet with hydraulic control is used to remove ash from both sides of gasifier. Grate is made of heat- resistant cast steel. Homogenous flow is by design.

MAIL GASIFIER
Jacketted steel vessel having boiler quality steel plate inside. Steam gets produced in water jacket of gasifier, which along with air is blown into hot solid fuel through grate having proper outlets for uniform distribution. Air + Steam is the gasifier media to convert solid fuel into combustible gas by partial oxidation and reduction process.

Coal Feed System :  Coal is lifted by a hoister into bin of stoker. Hydraulic pressure device is adopted with uproller, middle plug and double bell loading system thereby preventing gas leakage.

Ash Removal :Ash in wet condition is removed intermittently by hydraulic device from both sides into wheel borrows, for disposal.
